    Inspired by Don Bernardo’s legacy of victory in battle and a combination of diverse ingredients, this rum combines Cuban tradition with Louisianian and Caribbean influences. Expect warm, smoky flavors with sweet fruit notes, spice, and tobacco.

    •  Mai Tai cocktails

  • Founder’s Edition

    This 18 to 30 year blended rum, high-end rum was the first created by our LAD team over 10 years ago. Its is a blend of our rum aged in American, French Brandy and Spanish Sherry barrels. It touts a smooth and artfully balanced taste full of character that is truly irreplaceable (and once it’s gone, it’s gone!)

    Due to our mission to use the persimmons from our local farm, we have created a rum liquor that serves as a tonic, a digestif, or in a dessert. It’s full of antioxidants and special persimmon flavors, both spicy and especially sweet.
